This is a Carlson Indian Toddler doll. I have seen her in brown, blue and red leather dresses as well; she may have been sold with a basket bed.These dolls are used as papooses for the very large format dolls.

  I believe I purchased this doll at the Grand Canyon sometime between 1987 and 1990.
