This is a Carlson "Ski Girl" doll. Her outfit is green suede with white faux fur. I believe she is missing one of her poles. There is also a version of her as a blonde with a pink fur parka and black leather pants.

  I found this doll at a gift shop in Estes Park, Colorado in September 2010.
