These are two versions of the Pawnee Hoop Dancer dolls, number 20-102. The one on the left is the newer version with a sewn cloth tag. The one on the right has the older paper hang tag. These are the only variations of this doll I have seen.

  I bought these dolls on eBay in September and August 2010, respectively.
