This doll has an older paper tag on his wrist, with number 12-13. According to the catalog, he is the Iroquois Chief. To the right is the Iroquois Chief which appears in the catalog. Note the similar costumes. Mine is missing a bow.

I bought this doll on eBay in August 2010. The stand is not original to this doll.
