This is a Carlson Frontier Lady doll, #8-18. She comes in a variety of color and pattern combinations, and includes an infant, which uses the same mold as the papoose dolls.

 


  I purchased this doll on eBay in August 2010. Aside from this doll, I also have one with a peach & brown dress, and I have also seen one in brown & ivory.
