This is a Carlson Benjamin Franklin doll, number 8-121. He has also been seen with a brown jacket with a tan vest and pants, in a red jacket, vest and pants, and in a turquoise jacket with a tan vest and pants.

  I bought this doll on eBay in August 2010.
